Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing is sent to the cloud unless you explicitly enable optional features like cloud sync or card payments.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings → Backup & Restore → Create Backup. Backups include all customers, jobs, invoices, transactions, parts, and expenses. You can export the backup file via AirDrop, Files, or email.
How do I set up card payments?
Go to Settings → Card Reader and choose your provider (Stripe Tap to Pay, Zettle, or Square). Follow the setup prompts to enter your credentials and connect your reader.
Can I use RepairFlow on iPad?
Yes! RepairFlow is a universal app that runs natively on both iPhone and iPad. The interface adapts to take advantage of the larger screen.
How do I scan serial numbers?
When creating a new job, tap the camera icon next to the serial number field. Point your camera at the device's serial number or barcode — RepairFlow uses Vision OCR to read it automatically.
Can I customise my invoices?
Yes. Go to Settings → Business Details to set your shop name, address, logo, and VAT number. These details appear on all generated invoices and receipts.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings → Backup & Restore → Danger Zone. You can perform a full data wipe, which is irreversible. Alternatively, uninstalling the app removes all local data.
